Jon Heal
Jon was born and raised in Buckinghamshire. His first taste of the motor trade came through a local parts operation in Chesham. He gave it all up in 1990, and spent a year travelling the world. On his return he moved into car sales. After two years he was promoted to Sales Manager and then swiftly on to General Sales Management of the most successful Fiat dealer in the country. His career has taken him into Vauxhall, Ford and Renault franchises. In 2005 Jon joined The Jobshop Ltd and started his career in recruitment. He quickly discovered a niche in the motor trade market and started recruiting for the trade. From this moment things took off. With his years of experience he soon discovered that dealers preferred to use an agency that talked their language and understood their needs when selecting and recommending staff. 2008 saw Jon forming Auto-Selection Ltd.
